ABSOLUTELY the most worst thing to put down a drain-----any drain-----GREASE will congeal and clog. A lint catcher on the end of your washing machine hose is also invaluable to prevent lint clogs. Next time your husband disposes of breakfast by-products, tell him to fill up a 5 gal. bucket with cold water. Pour the grease in and watch what happens.
