I am just coming into this maelstrom. I bought Beaver home flooring a few years ago and I was somewhat unsatified with their post-sales attitude. I escape unscathed but it was not without a great deal of phone calling and haggling. The biggest problem was with QC and the blend of floor segments that were much shorter than advertised. The QC issue was never resolved (I got about 5% REALLY BAD pieves of flooring that BH refused to send replacement for). Finally I had to order about 200 sqft additional flooring to finish the job and this stuff took three months.
Post sales, it was never clear who was in charge. I concluded that they were inept to the point of civil liability, but not SCAM ARTISTES.
I'd like to know what's up and whether there is one bad actor or whether the whole BH proposition is now down the toilet.
