Used mine 2 time for a total of about 2 hours or less and it now cycles off and on when I have trigger released. I have for 2 eeeks been calling and leaving messages and have yet to have anyone to call me back. I also sent a detailed e-mail and never got a responce. I think its a piect of junk and is a good reflection on which way Home Depot is now going. They had a good store and offered good service when they opened and it has steadly gone down hill, from getting rid of workers that have caused long waits at checkline because only one reguister is open to not being able to find anyone to wait on you in the store.. There is a card at service dest, it is a complaint card.. GET ONE AND FILL IT OUT AND MAIL IT IN.. let them know how you feel about the crappy service and junk like the PowerWasher HD1300..
