You can buy a foam gun and foam and apply glue your drywall right to the foam walls there now. This is common practice in ICF (Insulating Concrete Form) construction and something I just did in my entire house. I used Reward Wall ICF (www.rewardwallsystem.com), which is a styrofoam inside and outside. The foam I used was PF100 from Nuflex (www.tvmi.com) and the gun I bought was the "better" gun, which costs around $50. Trust me, it holds! Just as long as the styrofoam is held good to the cement wall.
