I just installed a new Utica Steam boiler. The downstairs radiators and the one in my upstairs bedroom work fine. I do have radiators with steam vents about 3/4 of the way to the top of the radiator. The radiators in the bathroom and the other two non used bedrooms remain cold. Can you help me with this problem.
