Arched Doorways

I have been thru this interent backwards and forwards, and do you think I can find a simple plan & easy design for arching a couple of large opening doorways in my home. I have an idea of what to do, measuring, and procedure, but would like to have some feedback or an idea to compare to. After it is all done, I will do some wall texturing techniques and art work to give it an Italian Dining area and living room, which it has a little of right now. I am a do it youselfer female, and have done well with other projects. Hope to get some feed back, advisment or suggestions. Thanx
