Bob,
i am a single mom with three teens, i work full time and go to college part time, i bought a small house 3 years ago and i need help, i got snookered on the condition of the house and now am dealing with it. i have a bathroom that the outer wall is rotting underneath the tiles. also a foudation that is crumbling and a roof that was supposed to be fairly new but is leaking. with only a single income i am very strapped for funds. i really can't afford these repairs but am afraid my home is crumbling right out from under me. i am very willing to do the work, just need to know how to do it the least expensive as money is tight.
