Wow, you have some real issues here. I assume that your experience in these types of repairs is limited or non-existent. From your description, I am unsure what the problem with the bathroom wall is. Do you mean that the exterior wall (exterior siding)of the bathroom is rotting, or that the interior wall substrate under the ceramic tile is crumbling?
I think that the most urgent issue is probably the leaking roof. You need to fix that first to avoid more serious damage to the interior ceiling, floors, etc. First you need to determine if the leakage is due to some damage or localized problem, or is the roof just at the end of it’s useful life. If you do not feel competent to make that determination, you might see if one of your friends with some construction or DIY experience might be able to help you determine the condition of your roof. If the pitch of the roof is not too great for your comfort or safety, you (and your teen-age kids) could conceivably re-shingle it. This is not a very difficult process to learn how to do, but it is not a fun job and is rather labor intensive. My wife and I roofed our current house many years ago in our younger days.
A crumbling foundation is definitely not a project for an inexperienced homeowner. Professional assistance should be consulted. Get two or three bids and compare their findings and recommendations for repair. Good luck!!
