Musty Smelling kitchen sink drain

I too had a musty smelling kitchen sink drain. This started a few weeks ago. I have poured bleach down the drain, Draino,(even though the drain was not clogged)baking soda, vinegar, and Spic and Span on separate occasions. One or several of these appear to have helped but I really believe that changing dishwashing liquid may have been what started the whole problem.
I went from using Palmolive antibacterial liquid to using the new Dawn grease cutting brand and shortly after is when I noticed the problem. I switched back to Palmolive antibacterial and the problem appears to be going away.
Try this and see.
