UGLY ROOFS IN VA!! BLACK STREAKS !!!

I live near the Richmond Airport (RIA) just outside of James City County.I clean roofs in williamsburg and Richmond.
I deal with these roof stains every day, I am a Roof Cleaner and have been for the past 6 years. I want to start by telling anyone who reads this DO NOT CLEAN YOUR ROOF WITH BLEACH!!!!! or anyone for that matter.
Bleach is the worst thing in the world for asphalt shingle roofs it drys out shingle and causes them to curle upward on the edges witch holds moister.
This it how the streaks start.... Dew setles on your roof at night as the sun comes up it drys the south side of your roof first, by the time the sun starts to dry the north side its nice and warmed up creating humidty. Mold and algea thrive in this humid invirment. Here in Va I allways find the same 2 types of algea ,moss ,mold or what have you ..
First is the Black streaks the that end up covering the hole roof. Second the green algea looking spots witch latchs on and will eat a hole right a shingle.
I remove these Streaks for a living and I can make the Blackest roofs look new. I clean roofs under extreamly low pressure and use a Bio degradable ROOF Cleaner that wont kill plants or shrubs.
I make homes look new again and roof last longer!
