i want to build a 10X14 wood shed on and existing 10X14 concrete slab. my problem is that the slab is only 1 inch above the surronding ground. so when i put siding on the shed it will almost come in contact with the ground. the previous shed was metal. can i attach a row of concrete blocks around the edges leaving an opening for the door of the slab and then start framing my walls on top of the blocks?
