Dave, I would take the door down, drill out the old pin hole to a standard size, and glue a dowel into the old hole. Then you can drill a new hole into the dowel and insert the pin assembly. The pin assemblies are pretty common at hardware stores and home centers but I have never seen a sleeve and have no idea how they would a "one size fits all" sleeve.
