Install wood floors under kitchen cabinets

I'm installing three quarter inch wood floors under new kitchen cabinets but I have to put the cabinets in first.

WHat's the best way to go about it?

DO I need to run the floors under the cabinets? Is so, how far and how do I fasten the foor to the sub-floor?
