who to do about quest piping

I've heard so much about the problems people are having with the quest piping, and now I'm one of those people. I returned home from work last week to find my kitchen appliances and carpet soak from a busted water pipe. The plumber told me I had quest piping throughtout my home, and the problems have only begun. He told me about the class action lawsuit filed Re: homeowners with quest piping. Can anyone tell me who and how to contact the appropriate authorities re: the class action action lawsuit??? PLEASE HELP ME.
