Hello.....I am turning to DIY out of deperation. I have moved into a new home and there is a phone wire coming from the wall, but someone has cut it. There has been phone service there before and it is a good wire. I need to put a jack in so I can use the phone. The phone company wants $110 to do this. Is this something I can do myself?
