220 electric heat?

got an attached garage (about 23X23), well insulated, and would like to use it for workshop/hangout in the winter. There's a 220 plug, apparently there used to be laundry hookups. There is no gas on the property at all. Can anyone recommend a 220 elecric heating unit, or any better option?
