I constantly hear what sounds like a running faucet through the pipes in my laundry room (where the main water valve is). I have turned the valve competely off and still hear the sound 24/7. There are no visible leaks, and I've asked my neighbor and she hears the same thing, but has no leaks. What could this be? And should I pull out my piggy bank? Please help!
