There are 9 and 12 inch base cabinets available from most companies. Drawer bases may be available in 12 inch, but often start in larger sizes because the drawers become really small when allowing for hardware.

If the drawers won't interfere with door casing, give it a try. I did install a drawer base right into the corner and it worked without interfering. Just keep in mind that any moldings around that backdoor entry will project into the path of the drawer.
