Thanx for the responses. I should have also said that I don't have a water meter. All of the townhouses in my complex are on one water meter and thus, my home owners assoc. fee pays for the water. This being the case, hopefully the HOA would be the ones paying for the repair. Also, I had a collapsed pipe that was fixed in this exact area 2 years ago, so now I am wondering if the pipe is now broken at the point of the repair. At any rate, the HOA paid for the first one.
