hairline crack in bathroom tile in shower/bath

I noticed this morning that where the water faucet is in the bath there is a hairline crack in the tile it is connected to running across that one tile.these tiles are from 1950's i believe.the rest are in excellent condition.Just wodering if that can cause any type of leak or is there anything i can just seal it up with?
