Thermostat tolerance

Well im not sure on the BTU,, it's upnorth.

My Thermostat is the cheapo round dial $9.99,, there was a little metal arm to pull w/ .5, 1, 1.5 on it. I noticed this was the toggle to adjust the tolerance to trigger the furnace.

Obviously the thermo. doesn't have the capability to create the 2 stage function the furnace is capable of.

I then assume if i get the correct thermostate for a 90 plus furnace i should notice a different pressure (noise) comming out of ducts, as the house needs it.

Am i also to assume i do have a 2 stage by defualt because it is 90 plus % ? (Lenox)
