Maytag Neptune Problem

At the end of the cycle, I open the door and it is still full of water. If I run the spin cycle 2-3 more time it finally empties out all the water.

I've checked the hose leading to the drain pipe and the drain pipe-both appear to be clear.

I think the problem is hair or piece of cloth somewhere between the drum and the hose underneath but I don't know how to get to that area.

Any ideas?Help? Schematics?
