Hey you might want to look at the website superseal.com. They have a product called System Platon, manufactured by Armtec, that is easy to install and is guaranteed. I have seen it installed and it does work well. along with stopping leaks it is cheaper than the tar and it won't have to wait until the tar sets for hours or even days.
