We also had the same problem. However ours was in the attic and it soaked two bedrooms, hallway, bathroom upstairs, and hallway, walls, closets, and our garage downstairs. Our estimate to repair was quoted @ $14,000.00.
Contact CPRC: Consumer Plumbing Recovery Center. 1800-876-4698. This will get you started in the class action lawsuit against COX. Hope you qualify. We were denied but going to appeal....
