Leak now water marks on Open beam ceiling

We have a open beam ceiling. Roof leaked and now we have white water marks on the beams. It was stained with a water base stain. Tried to wash off but didnt help. Washing removes the water base stain but not the water mark. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
