My basement seems to always smell damp. I recently noticed a white powder of sorts on my
basement block. Is it a fungus and what can I do
to resolve the problem? I have a french drain
around the house which I assume is working ( the
house is only two years old ). I've also installed a gutter guard to keep my gutters from
clogging.
