Paint over it with a solid body stain. Pick a color. It looks like paint and doesn't flake/chip off. I would think you want to power wash first with something that will kill mildew, etc. White cedars should usually just be left natural.
Also, if you have trees very close to your house that can cause mold,etc. b/c there isn't enough sun and air circulation. A chainsaw might help.
