order of things

i have these things left to do, in which order is best. painting ceiling and walls,backslpash and tile countertop, backsplash is beadboard, staing all woodwork,i stripped it all what a fun job,painting cabients. thanks in advance another question if i might. should i paint the beadboard wall color or stain like woodwork?
