We just replaced 10 windows and a patio door for 16K and I'm not impressed. We live in Mn and our first nights with the new windows were draftier than our old ones. Windows showed condensation. The Fibrex material seems to conduct the cold into the house. My advice: go with an aluminum clad wood window, Renewal by Andersen's are not worth the price....
