I don't have the manual either but I have figured out that you set Tuning SW to ON, Band Selector to U for UHF, VF for VHF, etc. Then use the tuning keys up and down to bring in a station (the trick is to know which is which) and the channel set 10's and 1's to give it an identity and then hit memory. I don't know how to erase channels already set. When you are finished, turn the Tuning SW to Off.
