You can buy wall paper remover. Or mix a solution of 1/4 cup of vinegar to 1 gallon of warm water. Soak the wall paper, let it set a few minutes, and the glue should release, allowing you to remove the wall paper . You will probibly have to use the solution again to remove any remaining glue from the wall.
