I shouldn't of came off the way I did. I interpreted the suggestion as arrogance not good advice. I was wrong and apologize. Two minutes before seeing the post, I just got a $500 bill from a "Licensed" tradesman who jerry-rigged a project I gave him out of charity. He took two weeks to do a project half-a$$ed I could of done right in one day for under $100. When I confronted him on it, he made some sort of comment about how valuable his time was and how a High School drop out could do 10 times the work as some (quote) "high faluten college educated boy". The odd thing is, when he was on the job, he called about every 15 minutes with questions (not "how do you want it" questions, but "how do I do it" questions). Should of fired him day one, but then the drunk with 3 kids wouldn't of had any work last week.
