The wiring is still wrong..............

The devices are wired in SERIES.........replacing the dimmer won't help...........

Re-connect the dimmer to feed the lights only and the switch to feed the fan only.........

IN THE SWICH BOX ..........The live hot wire is connected to one terminal of both the dimmer and the singlepole switch..........

The wire feeding the fan is attached to the other screw on the switch.........

The light feed is connected to the dimmer.......
