I missed the "one" switch was the pull chain......sorry........"The circuit is on two switches, one is a normal cheapy switch, the other is a dimmer that was on the chandelier I replaced......."
As already suggested ......Replace the dimmer with a standard single pole switch..........good luck.........doug
