please go with a crawl space. it's for your benefit. all your plumbing will go under the house and is accessible for anyone to make repairs. i had to change an entire kitchen line this week. the gentleman was charged 850.00 dollars and the job took 2 and a half hours. if his house was on a slab we'd have to dig up his kitchen floor with a jackhammer, replace the line then fill with concrete. then maybe if he had any money left he could relay the floor. if we had to do that that could have been 2100.00 remember have cleanouts in an accesible place
