Don't know where you are going to find all that. You might try Restoration Hardware; they may have a website. They might have the outside and/or inside doors. Some of the older ones I have seen have a cast brass outside door with a filagree pattern on it. These usually go through a stud wall and people will put some sort of tray or a table inside.
You can get a brass outside flap door and related through-the-door tube at a home center. They usually come with an angled deflector hood for the inside. Ours is about 2" high and 12" wide. You could use an outside flap for the inside as well, but it would serve little value.
Don't know where to find a metal box to receive the mail. You may have to make that. Some people here have a mail slot in a garage door and they usually make their own wood box to catch the mail. Tyically mounted on hinges since the garage door will tilt.
