I have just installed a brand new pressure regulator in my house. Its rated at 400lb.
The old regulator wasn't but 1 year old the new one isn't holding back the pressure either the water heater pop off valve is still leaking I installed a gauge at the water heater to make sure it was pressure causing it to leak it reads 150lbs. Could it be a problem with my water heater.
