i just bouhgt a 106 yr old house in brooklyn,nyc. my tenants are complaining about the kitchen radiator is cold and sweaty, the living room is luke warm, the master bedroom is also like warm, the bathroom is warm. just so you know theres 2 other bedrooms which dont have radiators which i plan to have radiators installed by next winter. they are complaining about the apartment being cold and i have the thermostat at 65.
the boiler is an oil boiler.
