I have double-glass windows. On 2 of these, they have turned cloudy, and it is not exterior or interior dirt. We have washed the windows and that is not the issue. I have a hunch that moisture has gotten between the 2 panes of glass so that they are now continually "fogged" or cloudy.
Have you seen this before? Is there a repair for this or do I need to call a window service to replace the complete window?
