Yes, this is a bummer! I struggled with this for years, because I have softened water. Use a dish detergent that has NO phosphates...not a low percentage, but none. It saved my glasware , at least most of it :-). The one I found was Citra-Dish (1-800-3436588), but I'm sure there must be others. Good Luck
