if you want to fix it yourself measure the panes for example 34x45x1/2 get the replacment panes remove the windows by removing the retaining strip (wear gloves and safety glasses) make sure no kids or animals are close by, also the retaining strips crack real easy if they are old. dan i don't know how handy you are try it at your own risk i do it all the time and never had a problem. as long as the house hasn"t settled to a point where the windows are no longer square.
