under floor heating

We are building a bungalow and shall probably have crawl-space to access all services. We shall have a combination of ceramic and carpeted areas. Ceramics in kitchen/diner, shower room, bathroom, conservatory, office and carpets everywhere else. I have had conflicting reports abour under floor heating and don't know anything about it. I'd like heated towel-rails in the bathrooms and I want gas central heating. What are my options? Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
