We had the tension springs replaced a couple of months ago and the door worked beautifully for awhile. Now the door won't open. We can pull the release and manually open the door just fine but when we press the remote, the motor hums for a long time as if it is opening and closing but nothing moves along that bar that runs from the opener to the garage door. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
