I have had the house painted and the mildew came back in 2 weeks. I hired another painter and he re washed one area with cloroc. It came back again. He did it a 3rd time and then painted the area with a mildew resistant paint. It has returned again. It returns in 2weeks. I live in the South. The first paint job was done in the summer. It is now Fall and I still have the same problems. I have lived in this home for 30 years. I have washed the deep eaves for the past 3-5 years. I haven't had to re-paint in 12 years. Now I can't seem to get it repainted withput the mildew returning in 2 weeks. HELP Thanks, FRances
