5 days is long enough for normal driveway traffic, that is, automobiles and light pickup trucks.
However, I would wait a full 4 weeks before driving anything big on it like a dump truck or such.
By the way, the 30 to 60 degree temperatures are perfect for your curing process. The only thing you could have done better than watering would have been to cover the whole thing in plastic for the first 5 days.
