I have a large windown in my dining room....it is a double pane ..i have had some leaking from the top of it when we have very bad rain ...we have tried to caulk it a few times sstill no avial..now we also have some cracks in the seal on the inside of the window...( from our kids0 and now I have the window just somewhat fogging up..and dripping inside the window panes on the outside window....can I fix this myself? Will it freeze up the winter and crack my window???? Please help.
