I am trying to remove wallpaper that has been
painted over. In some spots it comes off easy,
in other spots, I cannot get it removed from the
plaster wall even though I use a scraper. It just
won't come off and I am leaving gouges in the wall
trying to scrap it off. Please let me know if you
have any suggestions to make my job easier.
