I have a house that is quite old and has been resided multiple times. I want to install vinyl siding, but feel I should remove at least the top layer of siding. It is a gray fiber board type of siding. It seems to have an asphalt exterior and a low density fiberboard on the side toward the wall. I guess my question is whether it may be asbestos siding or not?
