Leaking flat porch extension roof

We moved into our house a year ago. Since we've received so much rain (New Jersey)this year, a problem has developed. I need help, and yes, I can DIY.
The front porch was previously enclosed to enlarge the living room. Problem, flat roof.
The pitch seems to go towards the house, with alot of pooling. Now water is in the ceiling of the living room.

Should I tear off and repitch slightly - so that it is away from the house??? I can do it, but it is November - and I want this DONE! Don't ask to hire a roofer - not enough funds.
