rain soaked wall insulation during construction, b4 drywall

Insulation was installed before a large window went into the master bedroom. Rain blew in soaking insulation under the window and near the floor on a couple of walls.
1. What happens if drywall is installed over damp insulation? mold? mildew? softening the drywall? ____?
2. How to determine when the insulation is sufficently dry for drywall?
3. Do you automatically remove and replace wet insulation if drywall is scheduled for installation soon (2-4 days) after the rain?

Any information would be appreciated.
Thank you.
